The health and well-being of our customers and employees is always our first priority, and we want to let you know that we are taking all the appropriate steps to ensure you can continue to shop safely with us. In response to COVID-19, we are adhering to government advice and focusing on the best practices we can adopt across our offices and distribution centre.
SHOPPING ONLINE
Our online shop is currently operating as normal. We are doing everything we can to ensure that orders arrive within the normal given time frames. However, some deliveries may take longer due to staff shortages experienced by our shipping partners and local government restrictions for international orders.
Standard delivery in the UK is currently free. We have also improved options for gifting and international shipment, to allow you to send gifts to those you may not be able to visit at this time.
Our packing staff are following strict hygiene protocols and are committed to maintaining the appropriate risk-prevention behaviours. Where possible, all operatives are wearing gloves when they are handling and packing orders and all garments are steamed before packing.
WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED
We continue to work closely with our carriers as they adjust their practices in response to the situation. Delivery drivers are currently not accepting signatures as proof of delivery and using alternative methods, such as XP1 code for Royal Mail and taking photos of the place where the parcel is left.
RETURNS
We are extending our returns period to 30 days of receipt – please see our Returns Page for more information.
GETTING IN TOUCH
To comply with government advice, our Customer Care team is now working from home, however you can still contact us during the normal hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and provide further updates accordingly.
